1. Registration is only effective upon receipt of the examination fee.
2. On the examination date, the participant must identify himself/herself with an identity card or passport.
3. The agreed examination date cannot be postponed by the participant. The fee for a missed exam date is forfeited.
4. During the exam, mobile phones and other means of communication must be handed over to the invigilator. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions and the respective TELC examination regulations apply, cf.: www.telc.net/agb
5. The participant will receive the test results after the evaluation by TELC by post, unless otherwise agreed (the evaluation time is more than 6 weeks; SPHS gGmbH has no influence on this).
6. If the registration is canceled by the participant up to 14 days after receipt of this registration by SPHS gGmbH, a processing fee of €50 will be charged. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. The 3-G Corona rules apply (vaccinated, recovered or negatively teased persons) may take part in examinations.

Data protection notice Your data will be stored to process your registration and for customer support purposes in accordance with the statutory provisions on data protection. A transfer of this data and the examination documents to TELC is expressly approved. Otherwise a transfer to third parties is excluded. By providing your e-mail address, you agree to receive information from SPHS gGmbH via this medium.
